I personally know somebody who was killed by the militants at point blank range after they entered his factory. What is the point in repeating all that?The issue is where do we go from the way things stand today? Life is always from the present.

Hiren — needless to say, this community needs support. true, we cant go back to those moments and recycle the events. but the least we can do is bring some justice for them. my point was just that..

Ghaazi – the point, is who said to u that it belongs to whom. and we feel hurt for any human loss, doesnt matter what religion they wear unlike our neighbor country does.

i think everyone today is conspiring against Islam and muslims. I strongly believe that people today should not judge and stereotype Islam wrongly simply because a small cluster. surfryder- i agree to your opinion whereas ghaazi is acting on raw emotions and no one can blame you these kind of things trigger emotions but they should not get in the way the concrete facts.

The Kashmiri muslims are deprived lot ever since they (kashmiri pandits) instigated sikhs in 1819 and had the valley annexed to Sikh Rule who oppressed the muslims, had the mosques made storehouses and gave kashmiri pandits free license to oppress. The kashmiri pandits were key players during dogra rule and remained so till 1947 when kashmir was again treacherously annexed to India. Kashmiri muslims were and are not communal but they are labelled as such by their erstwhile brethren known as pandits. In a freedom struggle persons of even opposition are also lost. Imagine, a kashmiri muslim has to prove his identity to a non-kashmiri. Kashmiri muslims have seen the dark face of indian democracy and had enough of it. “Pity on” those Kashmiris who live in Kashmir.
